Orders and payments

We accept online and phone orders. You will receive confirmation via email/SMS.

Payment: card, cash on delivery or upon collection. The order is considered final after payment confirmation.

Delivery / Pickup

The deadlines are approximate; we may adjust them depending on workload.

The customer is responsible for receiving the order within the selected time window. If the order is delayed, the quality may deteriorate; we are not responsible.

Responsibility

We work with fresh products; we are not responsible for allergic reactions in the absence of prior notification.
