Refund Policy

General terms and conditions

We work with freshly prepared food. Therefore, we only accept refund requests in case of a serious problem (wrong order, missing item, quality that does not match the description).

The refund may be full or partial depending on the specific case.

Deadline for reporting

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving/picking up your order (phone, email, or through your account).

Have an order number and photos/description of the problem ready.

Procedure

We review the report within 48 hours.

We offer: re-ordering, credit for a future order, or refund using the same payment method.

If necessary, we may request a return of the product (in the case of packaging/beverages).
